Adam’s worked with some of the world’s most recognised brands such as Selfridges Group (Brown Thomas, Arnotts), Kerry Group, Dunnes Stores, Renault, Audi, ALDI, Bulmers, and Mitsubishi. He has a track record as a trusted Creative & Cultural Strategy Partner, helping brands refine their tone, positioning and content to build stronger connections with audiences.

Industry Leadership and Vision

Beyond client work, Adam has actively shaped the future of the Irish advertising industry. A former IAPI Board Member and Chair of Futureheads, he co-founded STEPS — a first-of-its-kind mentorship programme uniting clients and agencies. He continues to champion emerging talent, most recently leading a workshop designed to help mentees maximise the value of their mentoring relationships.
